When a job-related injury occurs, the injured worker has to find a specialist to evaluate and treat their condition for worker's compensation. Patients receiving workers' compensation benefits may undergo evaluation by the employer's doctor or local Omaha physicians. According to Nebraska law, injured workers have the right to choose their evaluating physician. Choosing an orthopedic specialist with experience and integrity is essential when providing workers' compensation evaluation and treatment.

  • Any medical records on your current condition
  • Any studies (X-ray, MRI, CT, nerve studies) with reports on your current condition 
  • Valid ID
